Krista Hart is a professional legal administrator with management experience and strong HR, organization, and planning skills. She works with all levels of people within the firm and is committed to making a difference in people’s lives through wellness, diversity, inclusion and equity, work/life balance, fair policy and procedure, and empathy.

Krista Hart is a firm administrator that is dedicated to assisting all the Panitch Schwarze Belisario & Nadel, LLP employees with their workplace needs. Motivated by the belief that employees are the number one asset of the firm, Krista sees her role as Firm Administrator as crucial to maintaining Panitch Schwarze’s workplace culture. In her role, Krista manages and directs all administrative areas including personnel, operations, facilities, technology, business development and marketing.

In addition to the oversight of the firm’s business and administrative operations, Krista has managed major facilities projects, including a move and complete redesign of the Firm’s Philadelphia office, as well as moving the Firm completely remote due to Covid-19 in March 2019. She has also created and maintained a sustainability program for both of the Firm’s offices.

Krista achieved her Society of Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential in 2017. As a SHRM-CP, she is a recognized expert and leader in the Human Resource field. SHRM-CP is the global standard in HR certification. Krista is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management, the provider of the certification, at the local and national level.

Krista is currently a member of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) and serves on the board as Immediate Past President (2024 – 2026). In her role as Past President, Krista ensures adherence to the ALA Code of Ethics and oversees the board’s compliance with ALA International regulations. She collaborate with various committees to address member and business partner concerns, fostering growth and strength within the Chapter. Furthermore, she manages the Chapter’s finances and maintain a balanced budget. The ALA aims to improve the quality of management in law firms and other legal services organizations as well as promote and enhance the competence and professionalism of legal administrators and all members of the management team.

She received her Bachelor of Science degree in business management and marketing from SUNY New Paltz and moved to Philadelphia. She translated her education and background in marketing into a recruiting role at Kelly Services, the founder and leader of the temporary staffing industry. As a staffing supervisor, she was responsible for recruiting for a variety of roles in a wide array of industries.

When Krista is not spending time outside with her rescue dachshunds Marley and Bowser, she enjoys exploring locally and trying new restaurants, traveling, yoga and meditation.
