Details: Panitch Schwarze administrator Krista Hart, SHRM-CP will present virtually on the importance of building a culture to support well-being during a live panel discussion presented by Prasada in cooperation with the Delaware Valley Legal Expo. The panel, titled “Wholebeing@Work: The Ethics of Creating a Law Firm Culture to Support Wellness as a Business Critical Priority,” will be moderated by Anita M. Seth, Esq. Hart will be joined by Alice Dommert, Prasada founder, and Eric Rodriguez, MSW, LSW, CAADC, Education Resource Director at Caron Treatment Center.
The discussion will focus on the positive impact of law firms that have built a “culture of wholebeing” to support their team’s mental, emotional, and physical health and how this approach is a critical aspect of professional ethics. Hart will present Panitch Schwarze as a case study of an organization that prioritizes the concept of “wholebeing.”
Hart, an SHRM Certified Professional, is a firm administrator dedicated to assisting all the Panitch Schwarze employees with their workplace needs. In addition to the oversight of the firm’s business and administrative operations, she has managed major facilities projects and created and maintained a sustainability program for both of the Firm’s offices.
Prasada is an organization that offers programs to support wellness in work environments. They conduct workshops, classes, intensives, and training programs to promote physical and mental health in the workplace. They also help organizations develop policies that maximize employees’ wellbeing.
