|PTAB Rules in Favor of Hamamatsu Corporation Over Harvard Patent|
Panitch Schwarze is pleased to announce that the United States Patent and Trademark Office’s Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) has ruled in favor of its client, Hamamatsu Corporation. The decision found that many of the claims of U.S. Patent No. 7,884,446 (Patent ‘446) were unpatentable. John D. Simmons, Stephen E. Murray, and Keith A. Jones, were involved in the proceeding before the PTAB.
