Krista Hart is a firm administrator that is dedicated to assisting the Panitch Schwarze Belisario & Nadel attorneys and staff with all of their workplace needs. Motivated by the belief that employees are the number one asset of the firm, Krista sees her role as Firm Administrator as crucial to maintaining Panitch Schwarze’s workplace culture.
In her role, Krista focuses on managing all of the administrative operations of the Firm, including supervising all non-attorney personnel; evaluating and managing the Firm’s operating and information systems; performing the Firm’s human resources administration; overseeing the Firm’s finance functions; performing marketing functions of the Firm’s legal services and client development activities; and evaluating, managing and supervising the facilities of the Firm.
Krista achieved her SHRM-CP credentials in 2017. As a SHRM-CP, she is a recognized expert and leader in the HR field. Launched in 2015, the SHRM-CP is the global standard in HR certification. Krista is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management, the provider of the certification.
She is also a member of the Association of Legal Administrators and International Legal Technology Association.
In 2012, she received her bachelors of science degree in business management and marketing from SUNY New Paltz and moved to Philadelphia. She translated her education and background in marketing into a recruiting role at Kelly Services, the founder and leader of the temporary staffing industry. As a staffing supervisor, she was responsible for recruiting for a variety of roles in a wide array of industries.
