Partner Philip L. Hirschhorn will serve as moderator for an upcoming webinar hosted by the Federal Circuit Bar Association’s PTAB/TTAB Committee.

The program, titled “Changes at the PTAB from Settled Expectations to Real Parties in Interest to Director Involvement,” is scheduled for May 18, 2026, from 1:00–2:00 PM ET.

The panel will examine how recent leadership changes at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board — including the roles of Acting Director Stewart and Director Squires under the Trump administration — have shaped IPR and PGR practice. Panelists will also address evolving expectations for petitioners and patent owners, and offer practical guidance on navigating these developments to meet client objectives.
