Panitch Schwarze partner John D. Simmons recently was quoted in a Law360 article about a Federal Circuit decision upholding two Patent Trial and Appeal Board rulings in favor of the firm’s client, ImmerVision.

The case involves ImmerVision asserting a patent against a large smartphone manufacturer, stating that the company’s smartphones and other products with panoramic camera functions infringed on the patent.
