Intellectual property law firm Panitch Schwarze Belisario & Nadel LLP is pleased to announce that it has hired IP attorney Ronald J. Ventola II to join the firm’s Philadelphia office.

Ventola’s broad range of experience includes counseling clients, obtaining protection, and litigating disputes regarding patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. He is well-versed in a variety of technologies, having prosecuted patents for mail processing equipment, wetlands restoration equipment, manufacturing methods, computer software, furniture, surgical training aids, devices and compounds for automobile repair and maintenance, and mechanical devices including fasteners, support structures for tools, exercise equipment, sports equipment and pet aids.

Starting his legal career in New Orleans and later moving to the Philadelphia area, Ventola comes as counsel to Panitch Schwarze from Philadelphia law firm Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis LLP. He earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and then a law degree from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
