Michael Britton has over twenty-five years of experience obtaining patents for some of the most important companies in the world. Technologies include HVAC, power generation, green and conventional energy, electric motors, train control systems, semiconductors, washing machines and medical devices.

Michael provides litigation support, validity, infringement and clearance/freedom-to operate opinions. He managed a Trainee Program to educate foreign patent practitioners in U.S. Patent Practice. Michael leverages his experience as a Patent Examiner to present arguments that convince Examiners to grant patents while being sensitive to client budgets.

Michael was an Eagle Scout, enjoys backpacking, hiking and cooking. He served on the Board of Visitors for the Temple University College of Engineering and enjoys spending time with Mirabel, Issey and Oren.
