Jeffrey Koha serves as controller, coordinating the efforts of finance, accounting, and IT to ensure the firm’s day-to-day operations meet the highest professional standards. He is responsible for the implementation of new software and other operational tools that allow the firm to serve clients efficiently and effectively.
Jeff began his career as a financial analyst, helping various firms to make budgetary decisions and analyzing client performance to determine hourly rates. As financial controller at Ulmer & Berne LLP, he utilized software to develop the firm’s annual budget, and he implemented an attorney profitability model and reporting system. As financial planning and analysis manager at Thompson Hine LLP, he used technological tools to assist firm leadership in reviewing write-downs, provided financial analysis to practice group leaders, and created operational reports for the firm’s partners.
Jeff has also served in accountant and consultant roles at London Financial Group, TBT Construction Services, Inc., and Dyer, Hughes, Roche & Wilson, Inc. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance at the University of Toledo.
