Lustig brings more than 20 years of experience in trademark and brand protection to his role. His practice focuses on U.S. and international trademark clearance and prosecution, trademark litigation, internet domain name registration and dispute resolution, e-commerce intellectual property issues, customs enforcement and anti-counterfeiting measures, trade dress and unfair competition enforcement. He also advises clients on intellectual property transactions and related due diligence.
