Bijal Shah-Creamer Named Partner at Panitch Schwarze Belisario & Nadel

PHILADELPHIA (January 2021) – The Philadelphia-based intellectual property lawyers of Panitch Schwarze Belisario & Nadel LLP are pleased to announce that Bijal Shah-Creamer has been named a partner of the law firm.

An intellectual property attorney, Shah-Creamer focuses her practice on the preparation and prosecution of patent applications, opinion work on patent validity and infringement, due diligence, and patentability analyses, mainly in the chemical arts. Her practice also includes IP litigation including patent, trademark, copyright, unfair competition, trade secrets, computer fraud and abuse, and licensing/contract disputes.

Shah-Creamer received her bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Drexel University and her law degree from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law. She is a member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania bars and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. She also is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
