We are happy to welcome Summer Associate Gregory Habiak to the firm. Greg is a student at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and is a member of the Intellectual Property Society where he is on the IP blog team, the Pro Bono Society and the Phi Alpha Delta fraternity. Greg will be completing a wide variety of hands-on technical assignments from patent prosecution to licensing to litigation. Under the guidance of our partners, he’ll also attend client meetings, hearings and participate in professional activities when possible. In between the projects, Greg will have a chance to get together with the Panitch Schwarze team in off-site events such as a Phillies baseball game, an escape room excursion, and art museum outing.
Greg graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. As an undergraduate student, Greg participated in the University of Notre Dame Chorale, Echoes a cappella group and the Dorm Mass music ministry. Prior to law school, Greg worked as a mechanical engineer for Textron Systems. He also interned at the Maternal Infant Care and Electric Avenue divisions of GE Healthcare. In addition, he served as an assistant to a PhD candidate at the University of Pennsylvania Polymeric Biomaterials Lab, and a Westminster Office Intern for a member of Parliament in London.
