PHILADELPHIA (May 2025) – Philadelphia intellectual property law firm Panitch Schwarze Belisario & Nadel LLP is pleased to announce that Alexander M. Eisenberg has joined the firm as a Summer Associate. A registered patent agent and current law student focusing on intellectual property, Eisenberg utilizes his background in bioengineering to support the legal needs of the firm’s attorneys.
Eisenberg will work with the firm’s patent procurement attorneys and professionals, serving clients in the medical devices and equipment industry. As a biomedical patent examiner, he has examined laser and light-based surgical devices, electrical stimulation devices, surgical robotics, and biometric diagnostic devices.
Currently pursuing his law degree from Villanova University’s Charles Widger School of Law, Eisenberg is active in the intellectual property space, serving as a member of the Ben Franklin American Inn of Court for Practitioners Specializing in Intellectual Property and the Villanova Intellectual Property Law Society.
Prior to pursuing his law degree, Eisenberg earned a master’s degree in bioengineering from the University of Maryland. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering from the University of Delaware.
