In this inter partes review, the petitioner challenged a patent owned by Panitch Schwarze client ImmerVision. The Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) issued a final order on May 11 that found the petitioner did not set forth evidence supporting unpatentability and upheld ImmerVision’s patent.
