People often store copies and original versions of work on their laptops and desktop computers instead of in secure data management software (DMS). Legal matter data often is stored across file servers when it also should be stored in a more secure repository. Doug Bayne, Director of Professional Services for SPHERE Technology Solutions, and Rita Gurevich, President and Founder of SPHERE Technology Solutions, will present a comprehensive overview of how to identify data that is being stored locally, who owns it, and what matters the data is related to. They also will discuss a framework to migrate a firm’s operations to a secure DMS.
