Presenter: Christoph Bobzien

Christoph Bobzien is a partner at Lippert, Stachow & Partner. Mr. Bobzien has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University Kaiserslautern, the German equivalent to an MBA (Dipl.-Wirtsch.-Ing.) from the Technical University Berlin, and studied patent law at the University Hagen. He has experience in prosecution of national, European and international patent applications, litigation of German and European Patents in Germany and other European Jurisdictions in the fields of mechanics, electronics, particularly the automotive, lighting, medical and software industries as well as consumer products. Mr. Bobzien is a German Patent Attorney, a European Patent, Trademark & Design Attorney, and a Qualified Representative at the Unified Patent Court.
