Holly M. Ford Lewis has joined Panitch Schwarze as counsel, bringing 25 years of experience in trademark and copyright litigation to the firm. She spoke with Law360 about her move to the firm’s Philadelphia office and her work advising clients on key aspects of intellectual property protection.

“The folks here are all great,” Lewis said of the firm. “The transition has gone very smoothly. Panitch has an amazing team with a growing IT practice that sees a lot of cutting-edge technology. The practices are very broad with a deep breadth of knowledge and talent from the team.”

Lewis also mentioned that she has worked with or encountered about a third of the firm’s partners throughout her career. “I knew where I was going and what I was getting into,” she said. “I have a lot of respect for all of those folks. This was a no-brainer for me.”

Lewis serves clients in a wide range of industries, such as automotive, pharmaceutical, financial, consumer products, gaming, artificial intelligence, fashion, and music. “It’s kind of a unique practice that’s always giving me a new challenge,” she said. “It forces me to be on my toes and come up with a creative client solution. I am always trying to offer the best solution as efficiently as possible to clients.”
