Panitch Schwarze Attorney Presents at AIPLA Spring Meeting

Panitch Schwarze partner Dr. Lars Genieser will present at the AIPLA Spring Meeting on May 15, 2019 in Philadelphia as part of a discussion on strategies and tactics to maximize efficiency when drafting patent applications to protect novel inventions in different countries.

At the conference, Genieser will share his insight on the patent systems in the United States, China, Japan, and India as part of a panel entitled “Can You Draft a Single Patent Application for Success in Multiple Jurisdictions?”
