Panitch Schwarze Counsel Presented at World IP Review’s LSPN Live Conference

PHILADELPHIA (November 2021) – On October 5, 2021, Panitch Schwarze Belisario & Nadel LLP counsel Aaron L.J. Pereira presented a session titled “US Life Sciences Patent Litigation: How to Address Emerging Issues” during World IP Review’s Life Sciences Patent Network (LSPN) Live Conference, for which the firm was a sponsor.

The session was part of a three-day conference for more than 1,000 intellectual property legal professionals from all over the world.

Pereira is a litigator and patent attorney, with a background in chemical and biomolecular engineering, as well as a decade’s experience with all aspects of patent litigation, procurement, and counseling.
