Panitch Schwarze Attorney Participates in World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Standing Committee

PHILADELPHIA (May 2021) – The intellectual property law firm Panitch Schwarze Belisario & Nadel LLP is proud to announce that attorney Bridget H. Labutta participated in the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO)’s 44th session of the Standing Committee on the Law of Trademarks, Industrial Designs and Geographical Indications (SCT), as a representative of the Intellectual Property Owner’s Association (IPO).

The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) is the global forum for intellectual property (IP) services, policy, knowledge and support. The WIPO strives to lead the development of a stable and successful international IP system that facilitates innovation and creativity.

Labutta concentrates her practice on intellectual property and manages United States and foreign trademark portfolios. She serves on the International Trademark Law & Practice Committee of the IPO. She also is a member of the International Trademark Association.
