Panitch Schwarze partner Jeffrey W. Gluck, Ph.D. weighed in on the Google v. Oracle US Supreme Court case at the AIPLA 2021 Annual Meeting. The case, which was decided in April, focused on the questions of whether copyright protection can extend to a software interface and whether using a software interface when creating a new computer program constitutes fair use.
