Details: On May 12, 2021 Panitch Schwarze partner Travis W. Bliss, Ph.D. will present at the AIPLA Spring 2021 meeting. Bliss’s presentation will focus on patents and IP protection for the cannabis industry.

This year’s spring meeting will include a diverse, global community of law firms, companies, and institutions involved in the practice of patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, and other unfair competition laws.

The “Cannabis and the Law” program will explore:

•Ethics of Representing Cannabis Companies
