Panitch Schwarze Announces New Location in Delaware

August 25, 2014

PHILADELPHIA (August 25, 2014) – Panitch Schwarze Belisario & Nadel LLP is pleased to announce its expansion of its Intellectual Property practice with the opening of a new Wilmington office at the Wells Fargo Tower, 2200 Concord Pike, Suite 201, Wilmington, DE 19803. This newly renovated space will allow our experienced Intellectual Property attorneys to better serve the booming patent market in Delaware. The firm now boasts six Delaware licensed attorneys including three partners and three senior associates, all of whom are registered patent attorneys.

“As an intellectual property boutique headquartered in Pennsylvania, our attorneys have expertise litigating intellectual property cases in courts throughout the United States. Panitch Schwarze now will maintain a strong presence in Delaware. We chose Delaware as our first office outside of Pennsylvania specifically because the District Court for the District of Delaware consistently is among the Districts with the largest number of patent cases filed there each year,” said Partner, John D. Simmons.

Panitch Schwarze Belisario & Nadel LLP approaches intellectual property law with responsiveness and creativity  protecting the intellectual property assets of diverse clientele, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to individual inventors.
