Intellectual Property Associate (Physics)

 

GENERAL SUMMARY            

The ideal candidate will have at least 3+  years of patent prosecution experience, including but not limited to the preparation and prosecution of patent applications, client counseling, opinion development and due diligence activities. Practical experience and an in-depth knowledge of physics is required.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Science, Master of Science or Ph.D. in Physics

  • 3+ years previous IP law experience

  • Superior academic record, excellent written and communication skills, strong attention to detail and strong analytical abilities

  • Highly motivated and results-oriented

  • Active USPTO Registration

  • Good standing in the bar(s) where licensed to practice law, and willing to sit for the Pennsylvania or Delaware bar if not already licensed in one of those states
