Details: Panitch Schwarze partner Travis W. Bliss, Ph.D. will participate in a program entitled “Plants & IP: USPTO Essentials for Agri-Business” presented by the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the Delaware Small Business Development Center.
The discussion will focus on best practices for intellectual property protection, with a special emphasis on agricultural businesses and technology. Bliss will be joined by Christian Hannon, Patent Attorney, Fan-Li Chou, Vice President of Scientific Affairs & Policy at ASTA, and David B. Chalkey, Examiner at the Plant Variety Protection Office at USDA.
