Description:
Summer Associates, Nischitha Venkatesh and Joshua Warminsky will give a presentation on Inequitable Conduct. Discussion of 6 recent cases involving this issue will be the focus of this presentation. Lunch will be provided. CLE is being applied for but is not guaranteed.

Nischitha Venkatesh
Nischitha Venkatesh is a law student at Michigan State University. She holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University, Philadelphia, PA. Ms. Venkatesh is currently working as a summer associate for Panitch Schwarze Belisario & Nadel LLP and has done considerable research on the subject of Inequitable Conduct.
Joshua Warminsky
Joshua Warminsky is a law student at Temple University Beasley School of Law, Philadelphia, PA. He holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering with a Minor in Bio-Medical Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University. Mr. Warminsky is currently working as a summer associate for Panitch Schwarze Belisario & Nadel LLP and has done considerable research on the subject of Inequitable Conduct.
