Description:
John Sullivan and Derek Brader, summer associates of Panitch Schwarze Belisario & Nadel, will give a presentation on Inequitable Conduct. They will discuss six cases and the interpretations of each. Lunch will be provided. CLE credit will be applied for but is not guaranteed.

John Sullivan is a rising 3L at Villanova University School of Law and is working as a summer associate this year at Panitch Schwarze Belisario & Nadel LLP in Philadelphia. John obtained his B.A. and M.A. from Villanova University, graduating as a member of Phi Beta Kappa. John also spent time studying politics and economics at the University of Oxford in the UK as a Connelly Delouvrier International Scholar.
Derek Brader

Derek Brader, a rising 2L at Temple University Beasley School of Law, is working as a summer law clerk at Panitch Schwarze Belisario & Nadel LLP in Philadelphia. Derek received his B.S. and M.Eng., both in Electrical Engineering, from Cornell University. After Cornell, Derek spent five years as an engineer at L-3 Communications in Camden, NJ, focusing on programmable logic circuits for secure network communication products. This year, Derek will join the staff of the Temple Law Review.
