Bijal Shah-Creamer's practice involves the preparation and prosecution of patent applications, opinion work on patent validity and infringement, due diligence, and patentability analyses. Her focus in patent preparation and prosecution is on patent related issues in the chemical arts.

Mrs. Shah-Creamer’s practice also involves IP litigation including patent, trademark, copyright, unfair competition, trade secrets, computer fraud and abuse, and licensing/contract disputes. Mrs. Shah-Creamer has been involved in litigating cases involving a wide variety of industries and technologies, including polymeric materials, gaming devices, metallurgical measurement devices, and various types of industrial designs.

Prior to joining Panitch Schwarze Belisario & Nadel and starting her legal career, Mrs. Shah-Creamer was employed as a project engineer at Golder Associates, an international environmental consulting firm, where she developed site remediation plans and landfill designs, performed environmental compliance work, and was engaged in various licensing activities.

Mrs. Shah-Creamer received her B.S. in chemical engineering from Drexel University and her J.D. from Temple University's Beasley School of Law, where she was a member of the Temple Law Review. She is a member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars and is registered to practice before the United States Patent & Trademark Office. Mrs. Shah-Creamer is also admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court E.D. Pa, and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
