Bijal Shah-Creamer's practice involves the preparation and prosecution of patent applications, opinion work on patent validity and infringement, due diligence, and patentability analyses.  Her focus is on patent related issues in the chemical arts.

Prior to joining Panitch Schwarze Belisario & Nadel and starting her legal career, Ms. Shah-Creamer was employed as a project engineer at Golder Associates, an international environmental consulting firm, where she developed site remediation plans and landfill designs, performed environmental compliance work, and was engaged in various licensing activities.

Ms. Shah-Creamer received her B.S. in chemical engineering from Drexel University in 2003.  She received her J.D. from Temple University's Beasley School of Law, where she was a member of the Temple Law Review. She is a member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars and is registered to practice before the United States Patent & Trademark Office.
